Pledge It – Inspired running for Aquanauts Adaptive Aquatics

On October 7, 2018 in Okanagan, Canada, Nicola ran a Marathon of 42.2 to raise funds for his favorite and very unique organization, Aquanauts Adaptive Aquatics. They are a non-profit organization based in Florida who teach adults, children and veterans with disabilities throughout the nation aquatic skills for every level of ability. Amongst its many nationwide programs, they also provide Adaptive Scuba Camp Programs consisting of a team of professionally trained volunteers which allows for individuals who are physically challenged to have a chance at a unique and fulfilling scuba diving experience.  The goal for Nicola was to raise as much funds as possible in an effort to contribute to the total cost of the Scuba Camp program planned for June 2019.  As a result, Nicola proudly raised over three-thousand dollars.
